High Hopes in the French Alps

Lenny Particular

Lenticular

There was lenticular over the mountain this morning, not as if any of us were going to get anywhere near that sort of height this time of the year… It was flyable at Plaine Joux, where just a few locals were out for a chat! Seeings as we are in the wrong hemisphere to do any substantial flights, we at least managed to get our feet off the ground … enjoying a ‘bon plouf!’ Our friend Mathieu was there flying his Niviuk Arctik, he keeps us fuelled with beer and baguettes at Chedde landing in the summer.  To see more of todays photos, have a look in the gallery.
