Gillian, here… been here on the planet for quite a few years now and in my existence have seen some extreme changes. From telly to telephones, with one ’giant leap’ in technology, not too disimilar to an Armstrong experience, I ponder, although in a completely different context. Am not sure about the ‘awe’ though, somehow I think we’ve had the luxury of a slower time of development to adjust to the ever expanding technological side of life, in contrast to that of  an immense blast off!, a visual overload, and an awesome experience to that  of Armstrong! Neil that is not Louis!  Although, it’s a wonderful world from both their perspectives, whichever way you look at it!

I like this photo of me and the moon.. It reminds me of Jim Lovell, and the very great disappointment he must have felt, the moment he knew he’d “Lost the Moon”  Thankfully, I’ve got a few more shots at my ‘moon’ although my moon is in a completely different world.

Dennis has been on the planet a bit longer than me, Tizzy not as long as either of us, but is certainly gathering momentum!
