High Hopes in the French Alps

It’s Snowtime!

Tizzy - our SnowDog!

Strange really… waking up to exceptional snow and itching to go skiing, with all this snow around it feels really strange not being on the slopes, but the lifts aren’t open yet, just a few more days to go 🙂 !!

It hasn’t stopped snowing all day, and the quality is way up there! We donned our Icebug (dib dib dib, dob dob dob! – Dennis takes a great pic) boots and went walking with Tizzy.

Took some photos of her enjoying the snow. We’ve got around 30 cms of snow down here and counting, so we’re expecting our first ski to be knee deep! We brushed off a thin layer of  the years dust which accumulated on our ‘newish’ skis, tighened up the bindings and sparks flew as Dennis sharpened the edges. That’s it we’re all set for another winter that has arrived early.

A new snowtime season of adventure awaits…. yes!
